The question of salaries (along with what the weather is like now) is almost the most frequent one on my blog. I tell you what amounts specialists from different fields can expect to earn in 2024.
There are a huge number of salary ratings, and the figures in them differ significantly. I would take the amounts indicated there, just as a guide.
From the experience of my friends, I can say that in Dubai a lot depends on the specific case. Here we are talking not only about professional experience, but also other factors, even such unexpected ones as personal contacts and a passport.
I came across an article on Linkedin by one of the local HR specialists. The numbers given there seemed reasonable to me, so I am sharing an excerpt.

And let me remind you that in Dubai the income tax is zero, and employers are also required by law to provide a social package: at a minimum, resolve issues with documents, pay for health insurance, compensate for rent and pay for tickets to the small homeland once a year. Such a package can be broader: for example, the employer can additionally provide compensation for the costs of children’s education, food, travel, issue an annual bonus, and so on.
